PCATT and BICSI have partnered for several years in offering cabling certification and Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) courses at Honolulu Community College. BICSI is a professional association supporting the information transport systems (ITS) industry. ITS covers the spectrum of voice, data, electronic safety and security, and audio and video technologies. It encompasses the design, integration and installation of pathways, spaces, fiber- and copper-based distribution systems, wireless-based systems and infrastructure that supports the transportation of information and associated signaling between and among communications and information gathering devices.

As an Authorized AutoDesk Training Center (ATC), PCATT provides comprehensive training to professionals on state-of-the-art AutoDesk software using curriculum and instructors certified by AutoDesk.
PCATT provides Cisco Networking Academy training throughout the state of Hawai‘i. Academies are located at Honolulu Community College, Hawai‘i Community College (Hilo and West Hawai‘i), Kauai Community College, and UH Maui College. Depending on the location, training is provided for the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certifications. PCATT is also a Cisco Academy Training Center for sponsored curriculum by Adobe and SUN.
Since the beginning of the Microsoft IT Academy program, PCATT/Honolulu Community College has been a program member. PCATT is an advanced level member, which is geared toward institutions that teach IT professional and developer courses for Microsoft Certification.
